Overnight Cookie Dough for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 scoopsvanilla protein

  • 1 cupcottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cupsgreek yogurt

  • 1 cupalmond flour
pantry staple
  • 2 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupraw honey or maple syrup
other
  • chocolate chips
  • 1 tbspalmond butter

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Whisk the cottage cheese, yogurt, sweetener, and almond butter.
  3. Stir in the almond flour, protein, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight.
  6. Enjoy!
