Barbecued Chuck Roast

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wrap chuck roast in aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until well done.
  2. Shred meat and add sauce.
  3. Serve on soft rolls.

My notes

- Barbecued - 3* crossed out, replaced with 4 lbs of chuck - wrap in aluminum & bake at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. *well done - broth for 2 med onions chopped - add 1 cup parsley
