Instructions
- Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the sugar with the citrus zest using your fingers for a fragrant sugar base.
- Whisk in the yogurt, eggs, and olive oil until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
