Chaffle Recipe (5 Flavors, Not Eggy!)

- ✓baking powder

- ✓psyllium husk powder
Instructions
- Preheat your chaffle maker. A regular waffle iron works just fine, too. You just want it hot to help you get that crisp exterior.
- Mix the batter. Just whisk or stir the ingredients in a bowl. You can make my basic version above, or one of the flavors below.
- Cook until golden and crispy.
My notes
The basic version is neutral and bread-like, making them great for sandwiches. Vegan cheese substitutes should work in place of shredded cheese or cream cheese.
