Weeknight Steak and Rice Noodle Salad

Instructions
- Chop and mash serrano chiles with a garlic clove on a cutting board.
- Stir the chile-garlic mixture into lime juice, honey, and vegetable oil to make a sauce.
- Marinate the steak in the sauce for ten minutes.
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- Slice Napa cabbage, cucumbers, and daikon.
- Salt and massage the vegetables to release water, then drain.
- Cook the marinated steak until it takes on a charred appearance.
- Thinly slice the cooked steak.
- Combine the sliced steak with remaining dressing, noodles, vegetables, chopped mint, and peanuts.
