Roasted Hispi Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1hispi cabbage
  • 1 tbspchives(fresh)
protein
  • cashews
pantry staple
  • 1 tbspnutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1/2 tspgarlic granules
  • 1/2 tsponion granules
  • 3-4 tbspbreadcrumbs(garlic chilli)
  • olive oil
  • salt
other
  • warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, quarter the cabbage and drizzle with olive oil and salt.
  2. Roast for about 40-45 minutes until charred and crisp.
  3. Meanwhile put all of the cashews and spices into a blender, top with warm water and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour this over the cabbage, once cooked, finish with breadcrumbs and chives.
