Roasted Hispi Cabbage

- 1hispi cabbage
- 1 tbspchives(fresh)

- cashews

- 1 tbspnutritional yeast
- 1/2 tspsmoked paprika
- 1/2 tspgarlic granules
- 1/2 tsponion granules
- 3-4 tbspbreadcrumbs(garlic chilli)
- olive oil
- salt
other
- warm water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C, quarter the cabbage and drizzle with olive oil and salt.
- Roast for about 40-45 minutes until charred and crisp.
- Meanwhile put all of the cashews and spices into a blender, top with warm water and blend until smooth.
- Pour this over the cabbage, once cooked, finish with breadcrumbs and chives.
