- ✓2 tbspcocoa powder(unsweetened)
- ○1 ozbakers chocolate(100%)
- ○1-2 tbspliquid stevia
- ○1 tspvanilla extract
- ✓salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, cocoa powder, and bakers chocolate.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the liquid stevia, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
- Continue to heat until the hot chocolate reaches your desired temperature.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
My notes
For a thicker hot chocolate, use only canned coconut milk. For a thinner version, add 1-2 cups of almond milk.
