Dairy Free Keto Hot Chocolate

  • 1 cancoconut milk
pantry staple
  • 2 tbspcocoa powder(unsweetened)
  • 1 ozbakers chocolate(100%)
  • 1-2 tbspliquid stevia
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, cocoa powder, and bakers chocolate.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the liquid stevia, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
  4. Continue to heat until the hot chocolate reaches your desired temperature.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

My notes

For a thicker hot chocolate, use only canned coconut milk. For a thinner version, add 1-2 cups of almond milk.
