Ingredients

- 1 cupheavy cream

- 1/3 cupsugar

- 1/2 cupbourbon
- 1/4 cupdark rum
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until they become creamy.
- Slowly add in the milk, cream, bourbon, and rum while whisking continuously.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Serve cold, garnished with grated nutmeg.
