Chocolate Budino

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, egg yolks, sugar, and salt over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the custard through a fine-mesh sieve directly over the chopped chocolate.
- Let the mixture sit for a minute to melt the chocolate, then stir until smooth.
- Divide the budino among serving cups, such as espresso cups, and chill until set, at least 2 hours.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
