Meal Prep Baked Oats | Blueberry Cheesecake

  • 120 gfrozen blueberries(warmed with maple syrup)

  • 6 tbspsgreek style vanilla yoghurt

  • 200 grolled oats

  • 60 gsalted caramel soy protein
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspmaple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, bananas, salted caramel soy protein, milk, and baking powder.
  3. Add the warmed blueberries with maple syrup to the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Top with greek style vanilla yoghurt.
  6. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with soy yoghurt and drizzly peanut butter, or store in the fridge for later use.
  8. To reheat, microwave your portion for 1 minute or enjoy cold as an oat bar.
