- ○200 grolled oats

- ○60 gsalted caramel soy protein
- ✓1 tspbaking powder
- ✓1 tspmaple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, bananas, salted caramel soy protein, milk, and baking powder.
- Add the warmed blueberries with maple syrup to the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with greek style vanilla yoghurt.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve warm with soy yoghurt and drizzly peanut butter, or store in the fridge for later use.
- To reheat, microwave your portion for 1 minute or enjoy cold as an oat bar.
